Nadine Touzeau

Nadine has specialized in diagnostic assessments and intervention for ADHD, ASD, Specific Learning Disability, Anxiety, mood and developmental challenges.

Nadine is a caring and enthusiastic practitioner, supporting children and adults for over 15 years to develop greater independence and confidence in managing their social, emotional, and learning difficulties.

In addition, Nadine has a biological understanding of the gut-brain connection, the importance how lifestyle choices can improve mental health and application of a growth mindset to overcome obstacles.

VISHNU PRIYA BALAJI

Registered psychologist

Vishnu brings a thoughtful and collaborative approach to her practice. She holds dual Master's degrees in Health Psychology and Addiction Studies and has worked in the mental health space in various roles in India, Ireland, and now Australia. She provides neuro-affirming assessment and therapeutic services for clients of all ages, with a special focus on supporting children and parents. Vishnu is passionate about helping individuals understand themselves to find their space in this world, and she has spent over two years working directly with children and families. Her areas of interest include Autism, ADHD, anxietydepression, relationships, and sexuality.

As an Autistic ADHD clinician, Vishnu draws on both her professional expertise and lived experience to connect with her clients in a meaningful and authentic way. She loves incorporating play-based strategies into her work with kids and collaborates with parents and schools to create inclusive, supportive environments. Her approach is person-centered and eclectic, tailored to meet the unique needs of every client. Vishnu is also trained to conduct comprehensive diagnostic assessments across the lifespan, ensuring clients receive care that values their strengths and individuality.

Outside of work, Vishnu enjoys cooking, listening to music, and spending time with her beloved dog.

SONIA MITEA

Mental health social worker

Sonia is an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker who supports children, adolescents, and young adults to navigate emotional, behavioural, and life challenges with greater confidence and self-understanding. She works with clients experiencing:

  • Anxiety

  • Depression

  • Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD)

  • Trauma

  • Grief and loss

  • Neurodivergence (including ADHD and Autism Spectrum Disorder)

  • Life transitions

  • Low self-esteem

  • Relationship and interpersonal difficulties

Sonia has particular experience working with neurodivergent young people and adopts a neuroaffirming approach. She supports clients to better understand their unique strengths and differences, while developing practical, sustainable strategies that enhance wellbeing, emotional regulation, and daily functioning.

Her work is collaborative and tailored to each individual’s needs, strengths, and pace. Drawing on evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT), and mindfulness-based interventions, Sonia helps clients build insight, strengthen coping skills, and develop greater resilience.

As a Medicare-recognised mental health clinician, Sonia takes a holistic, person-centred approach, considering the impact of family relationships, developmental history, and broader social contexts on wellbeing. Known for her calm and grounded presence, she creates a safe and respectful space where young people feel heard and understood. Sonia values the therapeutic relationship as central to growth and works with warmth, curiosity, and care to support lasting progress.
